The firm's management team is led by Dr. Gurmohan Brar. Dr. Brar graduated as a medical doctor (MBBS) from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences in Banglore, India, in 1997 as a general practitioner. He also studied Ayurveda, the world's oldest life science practice spanning over 5000 years in India. In addition, he received his certification as a Master Herbalist from Global College of Natural Medicine in the United States.

In addition to practicing modern medicine, Dr. Brar has been working closely with experts who have been dealing with natural herbal remedies for over 100 years, in manufacturing of Phytochemicals, Alkaloids and natural herbal extracts. His expertise as a medical doctor and a herbalist brings together the result-oriented mixing and manufacturing of healing herbs

Dr. Brar's interest on mixing modern medicine with Ayurvedic remedies and migraine research began in early 1990s when a dear friend of his whose father is a neurologist committed suicide because he could not bear the intense recurring headaches of migraine. This friend was also studying to be a medical doctor. At that time, Dr. Brar resolved to find a remedy for migraine, and his friend's painful departure eventually led to the discovery of migraine relief. "Our products are subject to the same rigors, testing, clinical trials and standards of modern medicine, but our focus is on treating the cause of the problem, not just the symptoms," says Dr. Brar. "We believe that nature provides the balance in a whole plant, not in a single isolated chemical."
